The combiner box is an important part of the solar photovoltaic system. It is usually installed between the solar panel and the inverter. It is used to collect the current from multiple solar panels onto a cable and then deliver it to the inverter to make the transformation. Therefore, the combiner box can be regarded as an important node for power transmission in the solar power generation system.


The functions of combiner box


1. Collect current

The main function of the combiner box is to concentrate the output current of multiple solar panels into one cable, making it more convenient to collect current and save a lot of cable materials, manpower and material costs.


2. Protect electrical components
